Just found my favorite taco place ever omg. This place is tucked in Martinez, and I found them by searching "tacos" on Yelp. We pulled up, searched them on IG, and found out our fave @Grubwitmike reviewed them! It was easy to order on our own on the iPad, but the worker was there to answer our questions. We sat outside in their cute patio, and in less than 10 min, our order was ready. We came on taco Tuesday, so we paid $3 per taco ($2.50 without cheese). We got 3 Asada Quesataco & 3 Quesabirria. These tacos were so juicy and flavorful, even without sauce and consume. The consume was such a delish addition with both tacos. Then we tried every salsa they had, but the piña salsa was game changer. I need this sauce in a bottle fr. I also mixed it with the habanero salsa, and It really leveled everything up. I've never had anything like that before. I preferred the asada over the birria, but both were still 10/10. I am already planning the next time I can come back here. Everyone needs to try this place!!!

The burrito was fantastic! Sauce is the bomb! Tacos were okay and chips were meh. Birria was the bomb.

I saw a suggestion on Next Door to try this place out this morning . We're are lovers of Birria tacos & I have to say these are just as delicious as the ones we had in Colorado Springs . We went this afternoon for lunch & I suggested we try this place out & y'all have some pretty good reviews & of course you have that random negative review but that didn't sway us from not trying your restaurant out. Very impressed with the ease of placing order in which you could place inside or outside the restaurant. The inside is decorated very simple but brings a warm & welcoming feeling . These young men running the place are very attentive & efficient & very polite . We ordered 4 Birria tacos w/ consommé & Birria ramen . My husband's only complaint was they weren't ramen noodles but udon . I didn't care it still tasted delicious & it was still HOT! when we got home which is 24 minutes from our house . It was worth the drive out to Martinez . All the tacos are made to order fresh & hot & w/ 3 different types of salsa, the chips were not my favorite but the tacos were on point delicious . We will definitely be back & try different menu items next time. There's not a whole lot of seating in the restaurant but they have a nice outdoor patio in front of the restaurant which is nicely decorated. It was perfect day to have tacos today & they were delicious! See y'all soon .

Authentic Mexican Food at this little restaurant tucked behind a bigger Mexican Restaurant. The Birria Tacos with consommé are the best in the whole region. Quesabirrias (see pic) has the most amazing tortilla with a slight crunch stuffed with generous amounts of shredded brisket. Topped with the sauces and dipped in consommé it is absolutely delicious. The Asada Burrito is also super delicious with generous amounts of meat and high on flavor. Don't miss the 4 different types of delicious sauces that come with any entree- they are not just your typical salsa. They have soursop aqua Fresca thats hard to get but a little too sweet- hope that can help fixed. For a tiny restaurant that's extremely busy, the service is also deeply warm and personal. This place is creating a buzz for the right reasons and I think it'll go a long way.

Been here several times and enjoyed the tacos each one of those. The customer service from John was great and made a huge difference on my last trip. I cldnt get out of the car to pick up, and he was gracious enough to take my order over the phone and bring out to the parking space. John, you rock! As for the food, the brisket birria and cheese tacos are bomb and the chicken w pineapple salsa is also terrific. Look forward to going here for another Taco Tuesday in the future, and especially since they take care of their customers!

Excellent!! My wife and are from San Diego and up until now have been pretty disappointed with most Mexican restaurants, but we'll be searching no longer. Got here midday on Saturday and easily found a spot to sit. Ordering was easy, even for making a substitution for my wife. Food came fairly quickly and MAN oh man is it good! I got the chilaquiles verdes and she got the breakfast burrito, which were both so full of flavor and all the right textures -- just what we missed from SD. We'll definitely be coming back here soon!

Off the hook juicy Brisket Quesabirria tacos. Tender slow cooked brisket served with a small cup of consume for dipping. Best eaten in house,so the tortilla stays crispy. Had three & they offer some home made salsas that are supper tasty to boot. Nice outdoor seating area in front & the employees are kind and delivered the order to the table. Quick as well , maybe five minutes for the order. Parking can be challenging at peak eating time's but they have a few slots in the lot. Mexican Coke(the beverage) is available.
